This post is a bit difficult to write because we just can’t seem to come up with enough words to write just what this guy deserves. Glen Zeysing was our first employee, our first installer and lead service technician. Glen began working with Balance Point Heating & Cooling, Inc. when we opened in September, 2011. He was our first contact with our first customers and he wow’d them from the start with his knowledge and mechanical skills to get the job done. He kept the customer’s needs first in mind as he approached each job. He was a master mechanic in every sense of the word.
Glen worked with Balance Point until he passed away in October, 2015. Anyone who met Glen knows just where Justin got his smile and his fun loving demeanor. Since today is Glen’s birthday and we hadn’t begun this blog series of Employee Spotlights before his passing, we thought it important to go ahead and celebrate some fun about Glen like we have for our other employees. We know he wouldn’t mind us going ahead and providing the answers.
What do you like to do when you’re not doing a great job for Balance Point? Glen loved fishing. He was a skilled craftsman and loved wood working and tinkering.
What is the craziest thing you have ever done? Well, let’s just say, Glen loved his Kawasaki 900.
What is your favorite food? Alaskan King Crab Legs!
Tell us, is it about winning, losing or how well you play the game? This is a hard one to answer since Glen isn’t here with us. We can say we believe he won the game and always played it well!
Sorely missed, but ever present in our daily focus at Balance Point as we go forward building the company that Glen helped found. Happy Birthday to our first star employee Glen Zeysing.
